Cadastral plans for old areas
Many towns and administrative districts in Hessen trust in our professional support for the set up of their own communal cadastres compliant with the Hessische Altlasten- und Bodenschutzgesetz (HAltBodSchG).
The UMGIS expert information systems "Bodenschutz und Flächenrecycling" and "Betriebsflächendatei" are modern database-based information systems which are used simultaneously by many employees of multiple commissions.
These systems possess a databse-based maintenance of the user-specific editing rights. For example employees are granted read acces or they can edit only a certain part of the data.
The data can be visualized and kept up in a matching GIS anytime. The information are always consisitent and current due to the integrated technical data adminitration e.g. in a Access data base.
