Business area file for the Federal Land Rheinland-Pfalz

Since 2000 we build up ,by order of the Ministerium für Umwelt, Forsten und Verbraucherschutz Rheinland-Pfalz, business area files for the towns Frankenthal, Landau i.d.P., Neustadt a.d.W., Speyer, Pirmasens, Trier and Zweibrücken.

For a faster an more effective editing of the data and information, the expert information system " Betriebsflächendatei" was developped and installed in the communes at the end of the project. 

Complementary we elaborated the concept for the further editing of business areas and old locations in Rheinland-Pfalz in our presurvey for the "Landesweite Erfassung von umweltrelevanten Flächen aus der zivilen Nutzung (LUZI)".

We provide you support for:

• Assumption of official data from ALTIS an FIS AG from HLUG appropriate to the official interface DATUS
• Updatig of relic relevant business reports / updating of old area files
• Integration of own data / records evaluations / multitemporale evaluation of maps and aerial images
• Examination of locations to confirm the suspicion of brownfields
• Installations, schoolings, support and regular on-site assistance
