Using our 'Umwelt-Fachbereichs-Informations-System UFIS' (means environmental department information system) we offer specific solutions based on standard software concerning different departments:
Usually, different IT-applications get connected and are provided in an uniform, modern and fast analysis-, query- and information-system. This way, processing time (concerning planning the environment / construction management, building permissions and statements on property issues) can be significantly shortened. Furthermore the transparency of data and information gets increased while processes get optimized.
For saving the geographic data and the described specific data, relational data base systems are used. Essential basis for an interdepartmental work is a common administration of specific and graphical data in standard data bases, like for example MS-Access and Oracle.
Access to the specific data in GIS is user-friendly controlled via menus and icons.
